Restaurant Shift Manager
Lead front-of-house and back-of-house operations during your shift. Motivate the team, ensure quality standards, and deliver an exceptional Davanni's dining experience for every guest.
- 2+ years in restaurant or food service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Food safety certification (or willing to obtain)
Line Cook / Pizza Maker
Craft Davanni's signature pizzas, hoagies, and sides from scratch using fresh ingredients. You'll be the heart of our kitchen — maintaining speed, consistency, and quality every order.
- 1+ year kitchen or food prep experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be 16+ years old
Delivery Driver
Represent Davanni's on every delivery. You'll transport orders safely and on time, creating a great last impression for every davannis customer and earning tips along the way.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
- Smartphone for navigation and order management
- Friendly, punctual, and customer-focused
Guest Services Representative
Be the friendly face of Davanni's. Greet guests, take orders, process payments, and ensure every visitor leaves happy. Excellent opportunity for those who love people and great food.
- Customer service or hospitality experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy setting
- Open availability including weekends
Catering & Events Coordinator
Manage Davanni's catering accounts and coordinate events ranging from small office lunches to large celebrations. You'll be the key point of contact for clients and manage orders from inquiry to delivery.
- 2+ years in event coordination or catering sales
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong network in Minneapolis preferred
